Established in 1992, the company’s main activities of engineering range from development and design to production of asphalt plant components and those of similar product lines.

Plank IIO’s commitment to quality and special focus on the development of special vibrating screens for asphalt plants have led to a great range of original improvements in the fields of technology, production, mineral utilisation and maintenance. All these improvements have been implemented to achieve the following results:

• drastic reduction of power consumption
• transport dimensions have been reduced
• meshes are tensioned in our workshop permanently
• access to meshes is simple and quick
• quantity of components which need to be regularly checked has been reduced
• lubrication of vibrating motors must be performed only every 3 or 4 years

Furthermore, our screens can be used as replacement screens on plants which have been operating for a longer time – all mounting dimensions can be adjusted to existing ones.
